EO Ignitor is a cohort program of peer support and learning for entrepreneurs with the vision and drive to grow their business and join the world’s leading network of entrepreneurs.

You don’t have to face your challenges alone. EO empowers entrepreneurs with the connections, education, and experiences they need to rapidly grow their businesses—and supports them in becoming a better leaders along the way.

Program elements:

  • Monthly incubator sessions where you’ll share your “stucks and wins,” participate in breakout sessions, network with others, and enjoy a social lunch hour.

  • Quarterly access to professionally facilitated learning events, shoulder-to-shoulder with EO Members.

  • Opportunities to build relationships with the movers and shakers of Portland who have been in your shoes and are happy to share their experiences with you.

  • Find your mentors...organically. We believe the best way to find mentors is to simply be in close proximity to them. This is the magic of a real social network.

The EO Adventure

EO Ignitor is a great way to get a taste of what EO has to offer and prepare yourself for the next level of entrepreneurship.

EO Portland is part of the global EO organization of 16,000+ entrepreneurs, with 213 chapters across 60+ countries. By joining EO Ignitor, you will be part of a community of contributors who show up for each other and drive the world forward. EO Portland is a 501(c)3 nonprofit with the mission of helping entrepreneurs achieve their true potential in their lives.

Our membership levels are organized by business revenue simply because the challenges you’ll face as your business grows will change with scale. Each membership has its own tailored peer groups to help address those challenges.

 
 

Ignitor member qualifications:

  • Membership is determined by application and is free for those who are accepted; our mission for the program is to support the growth of promising entrepreneurs in Portland. 20 members will be accepted in 2023.

  • Membership is limited to those that are the founder, co-founder, owner, or controlling shareholder of their company with minimum annual sales of at least $500 and less than $250K.

  • Members must express their vision to grow their business to over $1M annually.

Member COMMITMENt:

  • The Ignitor program is a 1-2 year commitment.

  • Members commit to prioritizing the monthly incubator & networking sessions

  • Members commit to attending one quarterly learning event with the intent of meeting like-minded and goal-oriented entrepreneurs while acquiring great skills & ideas.

  • Upon acceptance into the Ignitor program, members will sign an agreement of commitment and acceptance of the rules of conduct, which include a strict non-solicitation policy. (Members are here to support, learn, and share knowledge, but not solicit each other for sales.)
