>What is one aspect of your business that makes it unique?
DIALED[IN] is the result of firsthand understanding of the demands placed on the body during intense physical activity, whether you're competing at the highest levels or tackling everyday challenges. Created by world champion track cyclist Kirk Whiteman and backed by over 50 years of combined teaching experience in movement and athletic training, our product addresses the genuine needs of athletes and active individuals.

>What are you looking forward to in the next 6 months?
The thing I'm most looking forward to in the next 6 months is adding to our team! In these early days, wearing all the hats is so exhausting and being able to bring in a subject area specialist who can implement tasks sounds dreamy!

>What's one of your favorite EO moments so far?
One of my favorite EO moments was at the Ugg founder, keynote event. Brian Smith's story was inspiring and I found it comforting to know that even a billion-dollar company has struggles not unlike us newbies. I also really loved learning about EO member businesses and listening to the unique styles of each of their pitches.
