EO Accelerator Alexis Braly James is the founder of Construct the Present, a certified B Corp helping clients reimagine how the workplace works through professional development, team building, and culture-building projects. Below is an abbreviated interview between Alexis and our Communications Chair, Casey Keasler:

>What's on the horizon for you?
We recently published a reflection journal focused on connecting self-reflection to workplace DEI. It's called Constructing Perspective and our focus of the next 10 months is to get it into as many hands and small groups as possible. It has 9 themes and 27 activities, designed to enable us to address the complex challenges we are facing in our world and our relationships.
 
>How do you unwind at the end of a long day?
After a long day, I unwind with a dance class at Pulse PDX or watch a romantic comedy snuggled in cozy clothes.

>Your favorite EO moment so far?
So far my favorite EOA moment has been connecting with my accountability group outside of our regularly scheduled meetings, It has been the community I was looking for.
