>What's on the horizon for you?
Our primary focus for the next six months is getting the right person to create and implement a marketing plan to help us reach more potential clients. 

>How do you unwind at the end of a long day?
I worked in restaurants for over 20 years before switching to video production, so eating something delicious is always a top priority at the end of the day, whether it be going out or cooking at home with my partner. But what helps me unwind takes place in the morning with a short workout, a bike ride to the top of Mt Tabor, meditation, or sometimes even all three!

>Your favorite EO moment so far?
It’s hard to pick just one! I can say each month when our group meets is a favorite moment. I find much value in listening to what everyone’s going through and their reflections on what I share. Plus, we always have homework assignments like sharing our rolling 12 P&L or an LER report. And we read a book each month and discuss it as a group.
