The Diamond Team, led by George N. Diamond along with his children Nicholas and Michelle, have worked together to provide their clients with a full brokerage experience for over 40 years.
All born and raised in Portland, the Diamond Team serves the Portland metro and SW Washington markets in all facets of commercial real estate sales, leasing, and consulting with a deep appreciation for their long-term relationships and friendships built over the years with developers, investors, tenants, and brokers.
Sales & Leasing Experience
The Diamond Team enjoys the experience garnered from closing billions of dollars of sales transactions, including commercial and residential development land, shopping centers, office properties, NNN investment assets, multifamily buildings, and mixed-use developments.
The team has closed over 1,000 commercial leases and represents a portfolio of high-profile retail tenants in their search for the perfect space, as well as representing landlords looking to attract tenants to new development or bolster lease-up on their property.

Michelle specializes in both Landlord and Tenant Representation. With a Master’s degree in Conflict Resolution, her mediation and communication skills play a vital role in developing and building strong fundamental relationships as well as structuring successful transactions between tenants and landlords.
Michelle has over 13 years of experience, was recognized by Connect Media CRE’s 2020 Women in Real Estate, and her team has won the OR & SW WA Commercial Association of Brokers’ Retail Team of the Year for four years running.
