Equinox Business Law

Mission

At Equinox, we believe every business leader deserves to have strategic legal counsel by their side, giving them the freedom and confidence to take their business boldly forward into the unknown.

COMPANY OVERVIEW

At Equinox, we remove the barriers of high costs, slow response time, and high complexity, so that every business can have a Chief Legal Officer on their team, giving them the same strategic law advantages as the mega corps.

The Equinox Strategic General Counsel model provides you with a team of business-minded attorneys at a fixed monthly cost. So, you can get the help not only when you need it, but also before you need it. Just as you may tap into a fractional professional for HR, accounting, or IT to expand your capabilities without adding to your headcount, you can also tap into the power of law with Equinox. You set the priorities and the budget. Our team builds a personalized plan at a fixed monthly cost to best serve your business’ legal priorities and needs. Plans start at $2,500 a month.

Equinox’s Promise:

Made for your business – You decide the budget and priorities and get a plan for legal tailored for you, whether you have minimal ongoing needs or complex, daily needs.

No surprise pricing – You get the confidence of price transparency and predictability.

Risk-free – You have the freedom to cancel at any time if it’s not for you.

TESTIMONIALs

“Having Equinox on our side has been like having 4 full-time attorneys on our payroll. Everything we do has a touch of legal to it, and where I would normally run blind and accept unknown risk, I now have a partner I can go to and be guided through the process legally. For instance, when COVID hit. Every day the sky was falling. Stop work. Now we are essential. Our customers requiring us to go, but us not wanting to force our employees to work. Equinox was at our side every step of the way. Reviewing contracts, helping create process flow charts, oh and the best of all… being a resource when we have a crazy employee issue! Equinox is a breath of fresh air and is every bit as good or better than having your own in-house counsel on staff.”
