EO MEMBER TESTIMONIALs

“As a small business owner, it is essential to have good partners — folks who help you by owning categories of work that you cannot handle alone — but unfortunately, many service providers talk a big game about partnership, but are just a vendor. So, when you find a true partner — someone who goes deep to understand the nuance of your business, care about your success, and sweats the small details to get it right — you really need to embrace and hold on to them.

I cannot overstate how valuable a partner Pacific West Bank has been to my businesses. They care about us, know us, and go to bat for us every time. I think they are a rare institution that genuinely cares, puts in the extra effort, and really serves their clients well.”
— Paul Weinert, Managing Principal & Founder of GRAYBOX
“In 20+ years working in Financial Management and interfacing with different institutions, I can confidently say that Pac West has been the easiest and most efficient bank I have ever dealt with. Aside from their simple and easy processes, they nail the customer experience on all levels, from processing loans to ordering checks. They are fast, responsive, and extremely caring. I cannot praise them enough and am delighted to have them as a partner at EO.”
— Ana Chaud, Business Strategist Executive Advisor, chaud + co.
