Meet Anja Taylor, President of kinesis

As President of Kinesis, Anja Taylor brings over a decade of leadership experience and a passion for building thriving teams and businesses. Since joining Kinesis as Director of Operations seven years ago, she has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s approach to growth and collaboration.

Anja’s leadership philosophy centers on people. Her approach is anything but typical—Anja’s passion for people-first business design informs her work across leadership development, team dynamics, employee engagement, training, recruiting, and business design. In October 2024, Anja was recognized as one of the top Executives of the Year for 2025 by the Portland Business Journal.

Outside of Kinesis, Anja enjoys spending time with her partner and her two teenage kids. She is a passionate cyclist (road and gravel) and generally loves being active outdoors.
