>What makes your business unique?
Our focus: we get up each morning knowing that our work makes the lives of thousands of people better every day. Outside of sleep, work is the thing we'll spend most of our lives doing. And not only does our work create more joy for employees (making the world a better place), we believe it's the single best driver of long-term value for companies.

>What are you looking forward to in the next six months?
I'm really excited for the next six months, as our company is set to open two additional locations! I'm finally seeing the opening, where I can justify bringing on more top talent to build a strong executive team.

>How do you unwind at the end of a long day?
Spending time with my wife, our toddler, and our dog! Family dinners and neighborhood walks! Skiing, mountain biking,and my long list of hobbies are for the weekends. :)

>What's your favorite EO moment?
I made a very short sidetrip to Bangkok in April following the EO Global Leadership Conference—I sent a few messages to the local chapter's WhatsApp group and multiple members showed up to host me for a dinner with just a day's notice. They demonstrated exceptional hospitality and it made the world feel very kind and accessible. I hope I get to extend that same hospitality to visiting EOers in the future.
