>What are you looking forward to in the next 6 months?
We are expanding into real estate syndication (creating direct investment opportunities for clients) and will be not only growing our local footprint, but expanding into the Midwest/South. 

>What's a critical mistake you made that was a major learning moment?
Failing to fire poor culture fits as soon as I realized they were not aligned with our vision or core values.

>What was your favorite EO moment so far?
Countless. Unfortunately, my favorite moments are from Forum so they are confidential. Dang!
