>What sets your business apart?
We have the #1 Market Share in the city of Portland. We are the first BCorp Residential Real Estate Company in the United States. We represent both homeowners and renters.

>What are you looking forward to in the next 6 months?
This time of year, I am always happy to see snow in the mountains so I can spend as many days as possible on my Skate Skis.

>What's a critical mistake you made that was a major learning moment?
Any time I've suffered an asshole in my organization because they were highly skilled and I feared we wouldn't find a replacement and it would be too hard without them! It's never true; it's actually only too hard with them!

>What was your favorite EO moment so far?
Getting to be President in early COVID days and seeing how we could really support each other on a global level and hosting a virtual campfire with my family for the families of EO with songs, skits, and games. Thank you EO member Trevor Graves for filming and studio!

>Anything else you'd like to share?
I have a podcast called The Joy Punk Podcast that shares the leadership journeys of people who came into leadership through unconventional means and surprising paths. My intro into business was fronting a touring girls punk band and it was the best "MBA on the road" and leadership experience I could have asked for.
